The Program Department of Shifa Foundation manages multilateral donor-funded initiatives aimed at improving health, nutrition, child protection, WASH, DRR and related indicators while supporting government SDG targets through goal-oriented development programming.
Programs are funded by diverse donors with a shared objective of addressing vulnerabilities faced by underprivileged communities through coordinated, accountable and transparent interventions.
The Program Department operates through two specialized units: Program Development and Program Implementation. Program Development focuses on securing funding, expanding thematic and geographic reach, strengthening systems, and introducing innovation.
Program Implementation oversees project execution, coordination, and monitoring to ensure effective delivery and sustainable impact for vulnerable communities.
